Pre-packaged deli meat is not as healthy for you as you may think. You may possibly think that a sandwich crafted from whole wheat bread and pre-packaged lean deli meat makes for a good lunch. The truth is that pre-packaged deli meat is loaded full of preservatives and also about a third of your recommended daily sodium intake. This can be especially risky if you are at risk for heart disease. Instead of choosing deli meat, pick home prepared chicken or other poultry or fresh deli meat that you can get sliced at the deli counter. Sure they are extra expensive options but they are quite a lot healthier for you.

soda has absolutely ZERO nutritional value. Just drink water. Soda is nothing but empty calories and demineralizes your teeth, gums, and throat. noticed that a lot of companies are going true or pure sugar now instead of fructose Corn Syrup. Not much better for you. In fact, stay away from Diet Soda. It contains sweeteners that are worse for you than regular soda with calories. Links to cancer. Hope this helps a little. Good luck buddy.
